What makes your products so different from other products?
When BellaVive Natural Products was created, our main goal was to provide a product line of all natural ingredients for hair and skin.  All of our products are handcrafted in small batches so that our products will receive personal attention. This results in the finest herbal product for hair and skin.  We take great pride in our products and our valued customers appreciate our high standards.  .
 
Are all of your products completely all natural?
Yes, all of our products are all natural.
 
How do I know if my product is still good to use?
We include a expiration (exp) date on our products. It is very important that you discard all unused products by this date.  We include this date to ensure the safety of our customers, since natural products do have a shelf life. You can also keep your products in the refrigerator to prolong the shelf life.
 
Do you test on animals?
No!  Our products are made for humans, therefore, they are tested on humans. We test all of our products extensively on many people with different skin types before they are offered to our customers.
 
Are you planning any new products?
We are constantly coming up with new ideas and creations for our natural product line.  Please check our website regularly to see our new products.
 
Prices subject to change

All prices are subject to change.  At times we may have a sale for special occasions such as holidays.  The sale prices are only for a specific amount of time.  If orders are placed after the sale date, we are unable to honor those prices.

Also, we may periodically adjust our prices due to changes in the cost of production.  Recently (1/5/07), we lowered our prices on our Hair Renewal product line.  The prices reflect our savings on our bulk organic herb order.  This leads to substantial savings for our customers. 

 
What is the best way to contact BellaVive NHC Products?
The best way to contact us is by email at info@bvnatural.com. We spend a lot of time at our office creating products and shipping them out. We have a quicker response time if your questions are addressed to us through email.

If you would like to contact us by phone, please email us with your phone number and the best time to call you.  We will call you as soon as possible and we will do our best to call you within the time that is best to reach you.
 
Do you accept Credit Cards?
Yes, we accept Discover, MasterCard or Visa payment via online. Credit card numbers are not kept on file to protect our customers. You can also pay using paypal.com.
 
Do you accept orders through fax or by mail?
Yes, we do accept fax orders and orders through the mail. Please email us at order@bvnatural.com, along with the products you want to order, quantity of each, and shipping address.  We will email you the form to print out and send to us via fax or mail.  The form is also on our website under order page or you can click here --> printable order form

We accept checks, money orders or credit card payments through mail orders and faxed orders.  Please note that it may take 10-14 days for checks to clear if you are ordering by checks.  We will ship your package as soon as the checks clear.

Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, we do accept payments by PayPal.  Just follow the links on our website and it will directly bring you to the PayPal website to finish your order. 
 
Shipping Information:
Our office is open Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm EST.  Once your order has been placed, we normally ship within 24-48 hours on normal business days for in stock items. During holiday seasons we do ask for an additional 48 hours time. You will receive an email with all your tracking information once your order has been shipped.  Most of our packages will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.  We only ship large packaged orders using FedEx or UPS.  You will be able to go to track your order at: www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm, www.fedex.com/tracking or www.ups.com/tracking.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes, Hawaii or Alaska using FedEx or UPS. We can ship to Hawaii and Alaska using the United States post office.

NOTICE: Free shipping is for retail orders of $99 and up in the Continental US Only.  We charge extra shipping for all wholesale orders, international orders, orders from outside the Continental US and orders by fax, mail or email.  All these fees do not necessarily represent the shipping carriers published rates and include handling charges.

 
Do you ship overnight?
Yes, there are additional charges that apply. These additional charges are available to view during the checkout process. Also, please keep in mind that we do require 24-48 hours processing time once an order is placed.  We ship same day whenever possible.
 
 
Do you accept and ship internationally?
Yes, we do accept international orders, but the only method of payment we accept for international orders is through paypal.com.  Shipping costs for international orders vary depending on your location.  Please email us at order@bvnatural.com before purchasing and we will email you the shipping charges and payment procedures.
 
Do you ship to PO Boxes, Hawaii or Alaska?
Yes, we do ship to Hawaii and Alaska using the United States Postal Service.
No, We cannot ship to PO Boxes because we cannot track a package that is shipped to a PO Box.
 
What happens if my product(s) arrive damaged?
We package our products SECURELY to prevent any damage and we wrap all our glass items using package materials for fragile products. However if your product(s) arrive damaged, you must email us at info@bvnatural.com within 24 hours of receiving the damaged items with proof of the damage.  BellaVive NHC will pay to have replacement item(s) shipped out to you.
 
 
What happens if I received the wrong product?
If your package arrives and you have received the wrong product, you must email us at info@bvnatural.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will ask that you ship back the product to us and we will then pay for the correct product(s) to be shipped to you, including shipping reimbursement.
 
 
What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us.  We must receive a return within 10 business days from the time the product(s) were delivered to you. Products must be received in unopened and unused condition. Our products have safety seals on them. If the seal(s) are broken, that means they have been opened. We DO NOT accept any returns for shampoos or soaps.  For hygienic purposes and due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept a return unless it has been unused, unopened and not been tampered with. We will discard any returned products that have been opened and no refund will be sent out.

Please make sure to include a COPY of the invoice that was in the original box with the return products circled on the invoice along with a brief reason for the return. Please make sure you have included all necessary return information in the package, or it could result in a major delay when refunding your money.

We highly recommend sending product(s) back to us using a shipping carrier who offers package tracking. If a package gets lost or stolen and is not traceable, we cannot be responsible. Once the return arrives in unused and unopened condition, we will mail out a check to the BILLING address on the invoice within 3 business days. The original price paid for the product(s) will be refunded. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to ship the item(s) back to us. The original shipping cost to ship these items to you is not refunded.
 
Is my information kept private?
Yes!  We never give or sell your private information to anyone…ever!  We occasionally offer specials on our products to our customers via email.  If you would like to be on our email list, please send us an email stating you would like to be added.  We do not send spam mails and will only email you to notify you about our specials and to send you your tracking information.
 
Do you offer wholesale prices to stores that want to carry BellaVive Natural Products?
Yes, we are looking for businesses that pertain to our industry and are interested in carrying our product line. Please email us at bvnatural@yahoo.com.  We will contact you shortly with details about our wholesale program.
